As a member of the Creative Futures Academy team at NCAD, Emma supports the development, growth and evolution of academic programmes, discipline priorities and research activities at NCAD and with academic and industry partners.

Prior to joining the Creative Futures Academy at NCAD, she led on and supported a wide variety of projects across multiple disciplines and cross-functional teams. Her experience includes working with the National Trust in the United Kingdom as Experiences and Visitor Programming Manager, leading on visitor experience and all visitor facing content across a multi-property portfolio of visitor attraction sites in England, and as a Visitor Experience Consultant working with partner organisation, Historic Coventry Trust, shaping the development and delivery of a new portfolio of urban heritage visitor attractions across the city of Coventry. Her experience spans the cultural sector, including both regional and national festivals and events, as well as working in consultancy research as a Research Associate.
